The exception is changes you request after booking (extra stops, route changes, additional passengers requiring a vehicle upgrade).
Where will my chauffeur meet me at LAX?
Curbside pickup is at your arrival terminal’s outer/island curb — your chauffeur will text you the lane number and vehicle description before you land. If you prefer meet-and-greet, your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a name placard. Meet-and-greet is included for first-time bookings.
What if my flight is delayed?
Your chauffeur tracks your flight in real-time using airline data. Delays, gate changes, and tarmac holds are accounted for automatically. There’s no rebooking, no rescheduling, and no late-arrival fee. The first 60 minutes of wait time after your actual landing are included free.
