Where Your Chauffeur Meets You at LAX

LAX has two pickup options. Curbside pickup is at the outer island curb directly outside your arrival terminal. Your chauffeur texts you the lane number and vehicle description while you’re collecting bags, then meets you within 2-3 minutes of your text-when-ready confirmation. This is the fastest option for travelers with carry-on only.

Meet-and-greet service places your chauffeur inside baggage claim with a name placard. This is the standard for first-time visitors, international arrivals, families with children, and corporate VIP transfers. We include meet-and-greet free for first-time guests and at no surcharge for repeat clients on request. The chauffeur helps with bags and walks you to the vehicle.

LAX Terminal Coverage
