Executive car service is the standard for business travelers, corporate accounts, and professionals who treat ground transportation as part of their work day. Our executive service uses late-model Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedans driven by professional chauffeurs trained in defensive driving, business etiquette, and discretion.
What Defines Executive Service
An executive ride is not the same as a rideshare or a basic livery. The vehicle is current-model with luxury interior — leather, climate zones, USB charging, bottled water, Wi-Fi. The chauffeur is uniformed, on time, and trained to be invisible when you’re working in the back seat. The route is planned before the pickup. The vehicle is detailed before every trip.
When Executive Service Makes Sense
- Pre- and post-flight transfers when you need to work or rest in transit
- Off-site client meetings where appearance and timing matter
- Multi-stop business days (LAX arrival → downtown lunch → west-side meetings → return)

Corporate Accounts
For repeat business travelers, we offer corporate accounts with monthly invoicing, dedicated account managers, priority dispatch (your booking is routed first), and consolidated trip reporting for expense management. Vehicle: Mercedes-Benz S-Class
The S-Class is the global standard for executive transportation. Black exterior, black or chestnut interior, rear climate zones, USB ports for every device, complimentary Wi-Fi, bottled water. For trips requiring SUV space — multiple passengers, oversized luggage, or VIP security details — we substitute the Cadillac Escalade ESV at the same flat rate or a small upgrade.
Flat-Rate Pricing
Executive service is priced per route or per hour — your choice. Per-route is best for predictable transfers (LAX-to-Beverly Hills, downtown-to-Long Beach). Per-hour with an as-directed chauffeur is best when your day has multiple stops or uncertain timing. Both options confirmed in writing before booking.
