Pricing — Flat-Rate Quotes, Confirmed in Writing
Every booking is a fixed price quoted before you book. No surge multipliers. No traffic surcharges. No holiday premiums. No late-night fees. What’s quoted is what you pay.
How Pricing Works
We price per route and per vehicle class — not per mile, not per minute. Once you confirm your pickup address, drop-off address, and vehicle preference, we issue a written quote within minutes. That quote covers fuel, tolls, vehicle, chauffeur, and the first 60 minutes of post-landing wait time on airport arrival legs.

- Child seats (infant, convertible, booster) with advance notice

- Standard gratuity may be added by the guest at their discretion (not included by default)
What Costs Extra
- Wait time beyond 60 minutes after your actual landing — billed at $1 per minute
- Additional stops beyond the original quoted itinerary
- Vehicle upgrade requested at pickup (e.g. swapping a sedan booking for an SUV)
- Out-of-area drop-offs (Las Vegas charters, Mexico cross-border)
Vehicle Classes
Mercedes S-Class Sedan — 1 to 3 passengers, 3 large bags. The lowest-cost class. Right for solo travelers, couples, or business travel with limited luggage.
Cadillac Escalade ESV SUV — 1 to 6 passengers, multiple bags. Mid-tier. The standard for families of 4-6 or business travelers with significant luggage. Also the safer choice for groups with golf bags, ski equipment, or oversized items.
Mercedes Sprinter Van — 7 to 14 passengers. Right for extended families, wedding parties, corporate groups, or any time vehicle space is the priority. Per-vehicle flat rate (not per passenger) — typically more economical than booking multiple sedans for the same group.
Sprinter Limo / Stretch Limousine — Event vehicles for weddings, milestone occasions, prom nights, wine tours. Hourly charter with weekend minimums. Pricing depends on event type and duration.
Round-Trip Discount
Book your arrival and return transfers together for a discounted combined rate. Both legs are confirmed at the time of booking. You don’t need to re-engage at the end of your trip — your return pickup is already on the schedule.
Corporate Accounts
High-volume corporate accounts can negotiate pre-set per-route or per-hour rates locked in for the term of the agreement. Monthly consolidated invoicing, dedicated account management, and priority dispatch are included. See Corporate Car Service for details.
Cancellation
Cancellations more than 2 hours before scheduled pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup are billed at 50%. No-shows are billed at 100% of the quoted rate.
